It’s not quite finished yet, but it’s already quite a sight. On one side lies Ho Ban Nguyet, a crescent-shaped lake that was once no more than a muddy channel in the middle of a mangrove swamp. Running off the Ca Cam River that dissects Phu My Hung, in its midst lies a jungle-covered island, untouched by the developers who have instead left their mark on the high-rise skyline beyond.
