In March Ho Chi Minh City gets a taste of contemporary Italian and Bohemian cuisine at Parkview exclusively prepared by Guest Chef Alan Dlugopolsky from Prague and Executive Chef David Rejhon. On Thursday Mar. 11 and Friday Mar. 12 guests at Parkview at the New World Hotel Saigon have the opportunity to taste some of the most popular specialties from Italy and the Czech Republic. Guest Chef Alan Dlugopolsky from Prague, Czech Republic, who will prepare the specialties exclusively for Parkview, has an extensive knowledge of Italian cuisine which he acquired during his stay in Bologna, Italy. Guests of Italian Night will truly enjoy specialties offering fresh appetizers such as Caprese (Tomato with Mozarella Cheese) and Verdura alla griglia (grilled vegetables) and delicious main courses including Risotto alla Milanese (Saffron Risotto) or Maiale Ubriaco e Spinaci (Stuffed Pork Tenderloin). The second night at Parkview is a must for all lovers of true Czech cuisine. Czech or Bohemian food culture started more than 1200 years ago and is marked by a strong emphasis on meat dishes. It has been influenced by the cuisines of surrounding countries like Germany, Hungary and Austria. Alan Dlugopolsky together with David Rejhon, will give all guests at Parkview the opportunity to taste some of the most popular Czech dishes. From appetizers such as Kureci Galatina (Chicken Terrine) and Sopak (Mixed vegetables with Feta Cheese) to main dishes including Pecena Kachna Na Tymianu (Thyme roasted Duck) and Smazeny Rizek (Traditional Schnitel).
