Italian winery Ruffino’s Alan Wong will be conducting a wine dinner on Monday Apr. 13 at the Caravelle.
With over 100 years’ experience making wine in Tuscany, expect a selection from some of Ruffino’s best reds, whites and roses. As always, the dinner will be held in Caravelle’s signature third-floor restaurant, Reflections, and the cuisine will be carefully crafted to match the wine. The price per head is US$65++ and space is limited.
